Előadásunkban Hófehérke egy kamaszodó, gyönyörű lány, aki egyedül él gonosz Mostohájával: a jelen nehézségei elől játékba menekül, így eleveníti fel a múltat és keres magának biztonságot. Ám a szépséget megszállottan kergető Mostoha nem tűri, hogy Hófehérke napról napra tündöklőbb, így a fiatal lánynak menekülnie kell, ha kedves az élete.
A félelmetes erdő mélyén nyugalomra lel a hét Törpe házában, de vajon rátalál-e az aprócska kunyhóban a könyörtelen Mostoha? A közismert, klasszikus mese újra mesélésé során a felnőtté válás és a szerelem ereje kerül fókuszba, miközben a színpadon a báb humora, a tánc eleganciája és a bravúros színészi játék teremt üdítő harmóniát.

Attendind a performance of Messiah is always a thrilling experience, but it is especially so when Handel’s work – which has become a national classic in England – is performed by a dedicated ensemble like the legendary German flagship of the international early-music scene: the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, now with over 44 years of history behind it. The storied chamber orchestra will perform with one of the world’s finest mixed choirs, the RIAS Kammerchor, which also hails from Berlin and was founded in the years immediately following the Second World War.
